The Occurrens system
An agentic AI system built around your organisation’s knowledge and work.
The Occurrens system combines AI agents with deterministic code: software that follows explicit rules. Together, they connect documents, practical knowledge, earlier decisions and current plans to support analysis, reveal connections and prepare useful next steps.
It distinguishes approved decisions from proposals, unresolved questions and historical material. You can examine the basis for its recommendations and review proposed changes before they take effect.
The Occurrens system is a working prototype that Occurrens uses internally to enhance its analysis, planning and day-to-day work. Its development draws on that daily use, alongside experience and feedback from pilot projects.
Working together
We start with a specific task and a clear idea of what should improve. We develop and test the application with the people who will use it, help them bring it into everyday work, and collaborate to keep it useful as their needs change.
